Mademoiselle s'amuse is the reunion of five talented musicians whose musicality
and dexterity have won them the esteem of a wide variety of collaborators such
as Michel Cusson, Jeszcze Raz, Yves Desrosiers, Plume Latraverse, Chloë Ste-Marie,
and many others.
The band members' production and arrangement skills bring a unique modern sound
to the ensemble while fully respecting the traditional dimension of the music. They
work exclusively with acoustic instruments.
Traditional songs, reinterpreted in the Mademoiselle s'amuse way, go hand in hand
with original instrumental compositions by various members of the band.
Mademoiselle s'amuse is to be the echo of a forgotten song, of a music that rises
within us, but whose origins have long ago been forgotten... Above all, this is
music we have wanted to play for a long time, and it brings us great pleasure to
bring it to you...
